Our Service Transition Process

Our typical client onboarding process takes between 4 and 6 weeks. Your transition will start with a kick-off call with all primary business contacts. We follow a very detailed project plan that outlines specific standards based tasks and is tailored to your organizations’ unique needs and environment.

  • We will schedule and conduct a detailed kick-off call, reviewing in detail all elements of the transition process. We will jointly establish an agreed upon target transition date .

    After the call, we begin collecting the necessary information and documentation to properly onboard your systems and employees (e.g. administrative passwords, network diagrams, active employees lists, change management approvers, vendor contract and contact information (among other information).

  • InnerCircle’s team of engineers will work with all relevant parties to complete the identified technical transition tasks and will work with your team to address any issues that may arise. We will provide a targeted and detailed transition timeline identifying all key steps and potential downtime and work to schedule the transition with your team attempting to avoid all but necessary downtime.

  • Within 4 -6 weeks of the kick-off call, our engineers will schedule and conduct training for your entire staff. The training session will focus on outlining the methods by which employees can open tickets and interact with our team. As necessary, a cybersecurity focused training session will be conducted as well.

  • Our team will work to refine and complete relevant system and support documentation for your unique environment using the information gathered during the onboarding process. Your team will be fully empowered to utilize our support resources and engage with our First Response Group.
